• Managing student records and processing assignment grades
• Handling confidential information with care and in accordance with data protection regulations
• Assisting with the preparation and organisation of student examinations
• Communicating effectively with students, parents, and staff
• Supporting the school office with general administrative tasks
What You'll Need to Succeed
• Previous experience in a school office environment is essential
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable
