Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for children aged 3-5 years. You will plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the individual needs of each child, ensuring their social, emotional, and academic development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement a curriculum that meets the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards.
  • Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assess and monitor children’s progress, providing feedback and support to parents and carers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working in an Early Years setting.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
