Hays education have been approached by a primary school in the Preston area who are currently recruiting for a Reception Teacher. The school are looking for someone to start on an immediate basis and continue until the end of the summer term and this will be full-time. This is a fantastic school with a great reputation in the area and the school are looking to appoint a friendly and hard working EYFS teacher to join their strong and supportive staff network.

This job role has an immediate start, so the school are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running and commit through to the end of the summer term. You will be taking on full teaching responsibilities, which will include planning and delivering lessons. You will need to make these fun and engaging and ensure they suit the needs of the pupils. Class sizes are reasonable, and you should have experience of dealing with challenging behaviour.

In order to be successful in securing this position, you must hold Qualified Teacher Status. Experience in teaching in reception is preferred, but the school is open to KS1/2 experience. You need to be a good team player, have good time management and behaviour management skills.
