• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching KS1 pupils is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

  – Experience supporting individuals with additional needs, disabilities, or age-related conditions.
• Health and Social Care
  – Including nursing, midwifery, and roles involving personal care or emotional support.
• Education and Childcare
  – From early years settings to youth mentoring and classroom support.
• Public Service and Community Work
  – Including police, prison services, and social work.
• Therapeutic and Wellbeing Professions
  – Such as counselling, psychotherapy, and mental health support (especially with children or young people).
• Sports and Recreational Leadership
  – Including coaching, play work, and activity coordination.
• Relevant Qualifications
  – Individuals currently studying or recently qualified in education, childcare, or health-related fields, even without direct school-based experience.
