This market-leading City firm is looking for a real estate lawyer with stock rationalisation experience to join their highly ranked team. You will be instructed by both Sellers and Buyers in stock rationalisation projects involving portfolios ranging from tens to thousands of units. This will involve negotiating and agreeing Stock Transfer Contracts as well as producing reports on title through to legal completion. You will also provide property support on larger projects such as joint ventures, site acquisitions and property disposals. Previous relevant experience essential.
