RE Teacher, Lytham, January Start, 2 terms

Location: Lytham, Lancashire
Start Date: January 2025
Duration: 2 Terms

Are you passionate about inspiring young minds and fostering a deep understanding of religious education? A highly regarded school in Lytham is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Religious Education (RE) Teacher to join their team for two terms starting in January 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and thought-provoking RE lessons to students across various year groups.
  • Develop and implement a curriculum that promotes critical thinking and respect for diverse religious beliefs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching Religious Education at the secondary school level.
  • Strong knowledge of various religious traditions and philosophies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
