Quantity Surveyor (D&B Contractor) - £ Competitive compensation – South London
Our client is an established Regional Contractor with a need for a QS to join their expanding Commercial team in their London business. You will be joining a growing D&B Contractor reporting to the Managing QS. Their projects are focused on London and the South Externals (Cladding remediation) and Internals (Refurb including FRA work). Projects range from £1M-£20M.
You will:
- Deliver all aspects of cost management from inception of a project through to completion, working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor, liaising with client and key stake holders.
- This will include from Preconstruction/ Cost planning/ Value engineering/ Risk management to Cost management/ Dispute resolution/ Post contract management & reporting and Agreement of final accounts.
You will have:
A degree in Quantity surveying or equivalent with at least 4 years relevant practical project experience.
