Working with a small yet busy team, you will be working to support their US market operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for compiling accurate cost estimates from technical drawings, managing customer enquiries, and supporting internal teams across the UK, US, and international regions.

A key part of your role will involve preparing detailed quotations using Microsoft Excel, so you’ll need to be highly confident working with spreadsheets, including formulas, formatting, and data presentation. You’ll also liaise with cross-functional departments to gather pricing information and ensure quotations are delivered on time and to a high standard. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires precision, initiative, and strong communication skills.

An impeccable attention to detail is vital for this role due to the intricacies of the role. You will have experience working in a similarly fast-paced environment to enable you to work independently whilst maintaining accuracy in your order processing. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes is essential. Due to location, you must have access to a vehicle.

This is a 3-month vacancy with permanent prospects for the right candidate! You will be based in the Deeside area, with access to on-site parking. This is a modern, open-plan and friendly working environment! The hourly rate is £14.50ph which equates to £28k pa equivalent. This role can offer a start within the next week!
