Your new company
A Tier 1 contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis, supporting a growing portfolio of construction projects in the custodial sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with Tier 1 contractor experience (not maintenance) to work on complex, high-value schemes across the region.
Your new role
- Commercial management of design & build projects
- Subcontractor procurement, valuations, and final accounts
- Financial reporting including CVRs, cost-to-complete, and cash flow forecasts
- Contract administration (JCT/NEC)
- Supporting project delivery across multiple sites
What you'll need to succeed
- Based within 1 hour of Bristol
- Tier 1 contractor experience essential
- Strong background in construction (not maintenance)
- Experience in custodial/public sector projects is highly desirable.
- Degree qualified and working towards or holding RICS/CIOB membership
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- DBS clearance required (can be arranged)
