Your new role
As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the financial aspects of a diverse portfolio of projects, including hotel refurbishments, student accommodation, pubs, and restaurant fit-outs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and managing cost plans, valuations, and final accounts
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate financial control
- Supporting procurement and tendering processes
- Monitoring project budgets and reporting on financial performance
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fit-out or refurbishment projects
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple packages
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ideally, experience in hospitality or leisure sector projects
