Your new role

As a Nightshift Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of production lines during night operations. You’ll be responsible for setting up production lines, organising ingredients and packaging, and executing production plans in line with allergen protocols. Your duties will include monitoring product quality, completing documentation, training new staff, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping, health and safety, and food hygiene. You’ll also be expected to lead by example, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with other departments to meet production KPIs.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you’ll need at least 12 months of hands-on experience in a food manufacturing environment. Strong leadership skills, the ability to coach and motivate others, and excellent verbal communication are essential. You should be confident working with cross-functional teams and have a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required, along with a flexible attitude to working hours and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
