Quality Planner
Assignment Type: Temporary, ongoing basis where you will be engaged via Hays. Location: Chichester Working Environment: office based on site – hybrid. Pay type: Competitive hourly pay rate.

Job Details
Assembly Quality Management team responsible for problem-solving and Quality Management Systems within a manufacturing environment. The team is a young team with focus and energy to ensure the highest quality product.
What awaits you?
  • Responsible for quality assembly strategy development and implementation.
  • Coordinates quality strategy across assembly team and stakeholders within other technologies.
  • Define enablers and steer to meet department and business key performance targets.
  • Analyse data trends and identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead yourself and teams in quality planning and problem-solving to identify root cause analysis and bring solutions in a timely manner across multiple projects.
What should you bring along?
  • Professional experience in the field of automotive quality management.
  • Preferred Six Sigma certified.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill in English.
  • Agile/Sprint training, qualifications or practical experience preferred.
