Your new role

This is a UK-based Quality Audits Manager position focused on leading external audits across a diverse supplier network. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a risk-based audit programme, ensuring compliance with EU GMP/GDP and other global standards. The role combines hands-on auditing with strategic oversight, including lifecycle management of approved vendors, CAPA monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with regulatory, supply chain, and quality teams. You’ll also contribute to documentation updates and support inspection readiness. The position requires travel for audits and regular office presence in London twice per week.

What you'll need to succeed

Essential requirements:
  • Lead Auditor qualification (external)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical quality auditing
  • Strong knowledge of EU GMP/GDP and global regulatory frameworks
  • Experience auditing sterile manufacturing, biosimilars, and medical devices
  • Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology or equivalent
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally for audits
  • Comfortable commuting to the London office twice-weekly (Tuesdays mandatory)
