Your new role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager who will also oversee Health & Safety (H&S). You will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the necessary requirements before they reach the customer. Additionally, you will manage and improve the health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and H&S standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and resolve any quality-related issues or non-conformities.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to promote quality and H&S awareness among staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.
  • Oversee non-conformance reporting and conduct thorough root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions based on root cause analysis findings.

Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Quality Manager, with in-depth knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems. You should possess a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
