Your new role

The QC Laboratory Manager will oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, manage a team of technicians and lead R&D initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

- Bachelor's or Master's in a Life Science subject matter

- 4+ years experience in Quality Control, Laboratory Skills and Analytical Skills within a Microbiology environment

- SOP and CAPA experience

- Strong Leadership / Communication Skills

- A valid right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
