IT Support Engineer | 6 month contract | Warrington
I am recruiting for a 6-month IT Support contract role based in the Warrington area.
We’re looking for an experienced IT professional to provide high-quality 2nd Line/Desktop support across a range of technologies and devices.
This role involves a mix of remote, phone, and on-site support, with responsibilities including:
- PC, mobile, and desk phone setup and maintenance
- Software and OS deployment and patching
- Ticket ownership and SLA adherence
- Documentation and user training
- Occasional site visits and vendor coordination
Key skills & experience:
- Strong Windows 10/11 and Office 365 knowledge
- Experience in multi-domain environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Asset and software management
- UK driving licence required
Desirable: MCP certification, mobile device management, and build deployment experience.
