  • Driving full lifecycle CAPA activities, including root cause analysis and implementation of long-term corrective actions
  • Supporting installation teams on-site, ensuring compliance with specifications and resolving quality issues in real time
  • Conducting audits across manufacturing operations and supplier base
  • Ensuring compliance with key standards and regulations
  • Managing quality documentation, traceability systems, and client reporting requirements
  • Engaging with key stakeholders including Tier 1 contractors and government bodies during pre-construction and delivery phases

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Proven experience in a senior quality or process engineering role within manufacturing, construction, or high-security environments
  • Strong working knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory compliance
  • Experience applying structured problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Whys, FMEA and root cause analysis
  • Demonstrable experience supporting multi-site or project-based quality delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and partners
  • A flexible approach with the ability to travel extensively across the UK

What you'll get in return

In return, you will receive:
  • A competitive salary and benefits package
  • The opportunity to work on diverse and interesting projects
  • A senior leadership position with influence over quality strategy and delivery
  • A dynamic role offering both site-based and strategic responsibilities
  • Ongoing professional development within a specialist engineering environment
