Your new role

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of construction projects from initial groundworks through to completion. Your duties will include setting out, surveying, quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You’ll work closely with site managers, subcontractors, and technical teams to ensure that all works are carried out efficiently, accurately, and to specification. The role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across the central belt of Scotland.


What you'll need to succeed

  • A degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Previous experience in a site engineering role within the construction industry
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in setting out and using surveying instruments (e.g. total station, GPS)
  • A good understanding of construction drawings and specifications
  • A proactive attitude and strong communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence
