We have a requirement for a Quality Engineer with a successful engineering company in Lisburn area.

Your new role
As Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for representing customer requirements internally and working proactively with cross-functional teams to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products. Key responsibilities include:
  • Representing the voice of the customer within the department
  • Analysing quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Defining quality standards and implementing improvement actions
  • Defining, assessing and monitoring key process parameters
  • Supporting new and existing production activities to ensure quality targets are met

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
  • A full degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Experience working as a Quality Engineer within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of quality improvement techniques
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning, organising and team-working abilities
  • The ability to build positive customer and supplier relationships
Desirable:
  • Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI)
