We have a requirement for a Quality Engineer with a successful engineering company in Lisburn area.

Your new role
As Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for representing customer requirements internally and working proactively with cross-functional teams to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products. Key responsibilities include:
- Representing the voice of the customer within the department
- Analysing quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Defining quality standards and implementing improvement actions
- Defining, assessing and monitoring key process parameters
- Supporting new and existing production activities to ensure quality targets are met
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
- A full degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience working as a Quality Engineer within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality improvement techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning, organising and team-working abilities
- The ability to build positive customer and supplier relationships
Desirable:
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI)
