Quality Planning: Developing and implementing quality management plans.
Quality Assurance: Providing confidence to stakeholders that quality standards are being met.
Quality Control: Verifying that products or services meet agreed-upon specifications.
Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance quality.
Auditing: Planning and conducting audits to assess the effectiveness of quality systems.
Stakeholder Management: Interacting with various stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Data Analysis: Collecting, analysing, and interpreting quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
