Your Company
A fast-growing IT services provider based in Belfast is seeking a talented and driven
Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. The company delivers high-quality IT consultancy and support to a diverse range of clients across the UK and internationally, from small businesses to large enterprises.
Your Role
As a Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional technical support and managing IT projects. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, resolving complex issues, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring smooth IT operations both remotely and on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage IT projects for a variety of clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, remote tools, or ticketing systems.
  • Support and mentor Level 1/2 engineers.
  • Install and maintain servers, networks, firewalls, and peripherals.
  • Deliver Level 2/3 support on fixed-term client contracts, both on-site and remotely.
What You Need to Succeed

Technical Skills:
  • Strong experience in desktop support and server maintenance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows Server, Hyper-V, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
  • Solid understanding of Exchange and Office 365 environments.
  • Familiarity with firewall configurations and core networking principles.
  • Experience with server upgrades and migrations, including on-prem to O365 transitions.
Personal Qualities:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
