Your Role
As a Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional technical support and managing IT projects. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, resolving complex issues, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring smooth IT operations both remotely and on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT projects for a variety of clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, remote tools, or ticketing systems.
- Support and mentor Level 1/2 engineers.
- Install and maintain servers, networks, firewalls, and peripherals.
- Deliver Level 2/3 support on fixed-term client contracts, both on-site and remotely.
What You Need to Succeed
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in desktop support and server maintenance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows Server, Hyper-V, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
- Solid understanding of Exchange and Office 365 environments.
- Familiarity with firewall configurations and core networking principles.
- Experience with server upgrades and migrations, including on-prem to O365 transitions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
