Your new company
We are currently looking for a Level 4 Qualified Social Worker to join Wiltshire Council in their Family & Children's Support and Safeguarding Team. The service supports the Troubled Families programme, including in relation to identifying eligible families and assisting with tracking outcomes. As a level 4 social worker within the team, you will be required to monitor the quality and quantity of the work of others, whilst providing advice, guidance, and support to colleagues to ensure the whole team's achievements are met.

Your new role
This is a permanent, full-time position that offers hybrid work with 50% of your working hours being in office. The salary is £46,254 - £48,763 per annum, inclusive of a 15% market supplement. The council do also offer a £7000 relocation package!

What you'll need to succeed
- Social Work Degree and registered with Social Care England
- Full UK driving licence
- At least 5 years' experience.
