The Role
As a Supply Secondary Teacher, you will:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom environments.
- Support pupils' progress and engagement in learning.
- Follow school policies and procedures effectively.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and leadership teams.
We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching within a UK secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Flexibility, reliability and a professional approach.
- The ability to quickly establish rapport with students and staff.
- Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.
