Are you a nurturing and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting young children in their early development? A friendly and inclusive primary school in BD5, Bradford is looking to welcome a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to their caring and collaborative team.
About the Role:
This role involves working with children aged three to five, supporting their learning through play, exploration and structured activities. You’ll help create a warm, stimulating environment where children feel safe, happy and inspired to learn. Working closely with teachers and other early years staff, you’ll contribute to planning, observations and day-to-day care.
Who We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
- Have experience working with primary-aged children for at least 20 days in the last two years.
- Be kind, patient and passionate about early childhood development.
- Have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Be confident in supporting children’s personal, social and emotional development.
- Work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with staff and families.
