Your New Role
- Processing invoices with accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborating with Supply Chain and Procurement to resolve queries.
- Monitoring GRNI receipts daily.
- Ensuring accurate supplier statement reconciliation.
- Reviewing debit balances regularly.
- Managing weekly Far East Supplier payments.
- Providing monthly departmental reports.
- Liaising with external auditors.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- High motivation and excellent prioritisation and planning skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Intermediate or higher knowledge of Excel.
- Familiarity with Sage is an advantage.
- Willingness to undertake additional tasks and projects.
