Job Title: Procurement Administrator

Type: Temp to Perm

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our team at a multidisciplined construction company based in Maidstone. This is a temp-to-perm position, offering the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise and manage purchase orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide general administrative support to the procurement function
  • Cover the Facilities Management (FM) procurement role one day per week
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to meet procurement needs
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in procurement or administrative roles is desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with procurement systems or ERP software is a plus.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
