An opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful global consumer products business whose brands are sold in over 160 countries and trusted by millions of consumers worldwide. With a significant international footprint, diverse product portfolio and strong market presence, the organisation continues to invest heavily in growth, innovation and commercial excellence.
Due to an immediate requirement, the business is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join on an interim basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
This is a highly commercial position, partnering directly with senior Commercial, Sales and Marketing leaders across the UK, Nordics and wider international operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business performance, driving profitability and influencing strategic decision-making.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional reporting role. You will act as a true business partner, providing financial insight, commercial challenge and decision support to key stakeholders across multiple international markets.
The role offers exposure to major customer relationships, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, promotional investment decisions and commercial planning activities. You will be at the centre of discussions that directly impact revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Commercial Leadership teams to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting and business planning submissions across assigned markets.
- Provide detailed analysis of commercial performance, risks and opportunities.
- Evaluate major customer contracts, renewals and new business opportunities.
- Support pricing, promotional and trade investment decisions through robust financial analysis.
- Manage customer, category and channel profitability reporting.
- Challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to improve margin performance.
- Produce insightful reporting and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, systems and reporting.
- Collaborate with international finance teams and shared service functions.
About You
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Strong commercial finance or finance business partnering background.
- Experience supporting Sales, Commercial or Marketing teams.
- Proven forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling capabilities.
- Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Available to start immediately or at short notice.
