Boutique property litigation firm with growing client base seeking NQ+ lawyer. Competitive salary/benefits.
Located right in the centre of the growing legal landscape in Leeds, my client is a boutique property litigation firm that after a relatively short period of time in operation has already attracted a significant client following which has in turn resulted in high quality instructions.
Due to good and consistent periods of growth, there is an opportunity for a property litigation solicitor to come onboard and help contribute to my client’s plans for continued growth and to help them on their path to becoming the go to partner for all contentious property matters.
Working for my client would see you undertake a wide range of contentious property matters across a number of sectors including residential, commercial, transport and education just to name but a few. As part of a small collegiate team, you will receive top quality instructions and have the opportunity to work alongside colleagues with significant and sought-after expertise.
Candidates can be sure that they will receive support and development throughout their time with my client, however the successful applicant will be someone who is also capable of working on their own initiative and who can build upon existing client relationships as well as developing new ones.
In order to be considered for this role, candidates will need to be either newly qualified solicitors who have undertaken a seat in property litigation as part of their training contract / alternative legal training. This role is also open to candidates with post-qualification experience handling contentious property matters.
My client can offer a good work/life balance as well as plenty of opportunities for career progression, as well as lucrative benefits. Salary is very competitive but will be bespoke depending on a candidates level of experience.
