We are seeking an experienced Change Manager / Project Manager to support the delivery of key transformation initiative on a 6-month basis. This role will play a critical part in researching and implementing new regulatory and compliance standards across the organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying upcoming regulatory changes, assessing their impact, and leading the rollout of compliant processes, systems, and controls across the business. This position requires someone who can operate at pace, engage stakeholders effectively, and ensure that all changes are embedded smoothly and in line with ISO and governance frameworks.
The role is based in Linlithgow and they can offer hybrid.
Your new role
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, interpret, and assess new and evolving regulatory and compliance requirements
- Lead the implementation and rollout of new standards across the business
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and objectives are met
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and governance documentation
- Ensure alignment with ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 27001) and internal compliance frameworks
- Conduct impact assessments and define required process or operational changes
- Engage and influence stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of change
- Develop and deliver communication, training, and implementation plans
- Monitor compliance adherence and support audit readiness
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the change lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement and enhance operational processes in line with regulatory expectations
What you'll need to succeed
Key Requirements
Proven experience in change management and project delivery roles
Strong background in compliance, regulatory environments, and ISO standards
Experience researching and interpreting regulatory requirements and applying them in practice
Ability to start immediately and deliver impact quickly
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Strong organisational and analytical capabilities
Experience managing multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools
Relevant qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or Change Management certification) desirable
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on governance and compliance
Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business processes
Resilient and adaptable within fast-paced, evolving environments
Confident communicator with strong influencing skills
Proactive and solutions-driven approach
