Hays are partnering with a range of Welsh local authorities and government bodies undergoing significant programmes of business transformation, digital change and service redesign. As the public sector in Wales continues to evolve, there is a growing demand for experienced contractors who can deliver high‑impact, tech‑enabled change.
Your new role
We are looking to connect with contractors who have recent experience delivering transformation within the Welsh public sector. Key roles:
- Programme & Project Management
- Change Management & Business Change
- Business Analysis
- PMO & Project Support
- Digital Transformation
- Systems Implementation
- Agile Delivery
- Digital Strategy
- Product Ownership
- C‑suite & Interim Leadership
Assignments vary from discovery and design phases through to full‑scale delivery and implementation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record in one or more of the following:
- Delivering complex change within public‑sector environments
- Leading digital or tech‑enabled transformation
- Implementing new systems or platforms
- Driving service improvement and redesign
Recent experience within Welsh local authorities or government bodies is essential.
