Dayforce Analyst, Fixed Term Contract 6 months, Salary up to £60,000

The organisation is looking for an individual to join on a 6-month fixed term contract as a Dayforce Analyst.
Your new role
As the Dayforce Analyst, you will be supporting the effective implementation of change management initiatives, including medium to large acquisitions and business transformation projects. You will also be collaborating with IT, Finance, Internal Audit, and other departments to implement or enhance processes.
Experience in configuring, developing, and enhancing the system following the change management process to support business efficiency. You will also have entitlement experience across Dayforce.
A good communicator and someone who is keen to support on the efficiency of the Dayforce system with the possibility of this extending.
What you'll need to succeed
- System Maintenance & Support:
Maintain and support our Dayforce HR System, including modules for Recruitment, Onboarding, Core HR, Workforce Management (including hardware time and attendance clock devices), Learning, Performance, Compensation, and Payroll. - Integration Management:
Support the integrations between Dayforce and other business systems to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency. - Account Administration:
Administer new accounts, update existing information, and create and assign role-based permissions. - System Upgrades:
Support all Dayforce upgrades, ensuring the team is prepared for system changes and all necessary configurations are updated. - System Configuration:
Configure, develop, and enhance the system following the change management process to support business efficiency. - Issue Management:
Identify, track, and report potential system issues, bugs, and problems, escalating as necessary. - Subject Matter Expertise:
Act as a subject matter expert in Dayforce, supporting process enhancements and developments. - Project Support:
Support projects, including requirements gathering, updating project plans, and tracking task statuses. Escalate issues to keep projects on schedule. - Business Process Improvement:
Identify and understand current business practices, making recommendations to improve efficiency, regulatory compliance, and accurate employee information collation. - Training Development:
Develop and provide training to users with varying technical skill levels. - Process Review:
Review the effectiveness and efficiency of existing business processes, capture functional requirements, identify enhancements, test, and implement changes. - System Environment Maintenance:
Support system environment setup and maintenance, including backfills and environmental design.
