Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of established projects with existing plans in place.
- Lead weekly stand-ups, project meetings, and monthly review/status sessions.
- Conduct proximity planning and task breakdowns to ensure timely delivery.
- Proactively manage project risks and issues, supporting resolution efforts.
- Facilitate smooth operation of project boards and governance structures.
- Maintain high-quality project documentation, including status, change, exception, and risk reports.
✅ Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in project management, ideally within public sector finance.
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills.
- High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders and workstream leads.
