Your new company

You will work for a global independent construction consultancy based in Birmingham. They have been operating for over 100 years, and specialise in cost management, quantity surveying, programme management, asset advisory and CDM. They produce some iconic projects globally and locally, including large sports stadiums.

Your new role

You will work as a Senior Project Manager in their Birmingham team, working on a range of projects across MOJ, commercial, retail, and data centres. You will manage projects from inception to completion, as well as sub contractors, contractors and other consultants. You will manage clients, ensuring they receive a good customer service and projects are completed to agreed timelines and budgets.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have experience working in a construction consultancy, and have drive and passion to succeed. You will have managed projects from inception to completion, as well as ideally being MRICS or equivalent. You will be keen to work on a range of sectors, and work in a world class team.
