Location: London (St Pauls area)

Job Description:
Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage agricultural projects in various African countries (Senegal). The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting high-quality standards, while addressing the unique challenges and opportunities in the agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables specific to agricultural projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
  • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources and participants, including local teams and international partners.
  • Monitor and track project progress and performance.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, particularly those related to agricultural practices and regional conditions.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and sustainability goals.
  • Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment, with sensitivity to cultural and regional differences.
Qualifications:
  • Experience managing projects in Africa
  • Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations background
  • Fluency in Italian or French is Desired
  • Experience in the agricultural industry is advantageous but not essential.
