A globally recognised manufacturer of class leading high-value products, this company has a complex supply chain that supports its international manufacturing base and customers around the world.
Your new role
As Supply Chain Project Manager you will work with the Supply Chain Business Improvement Manager and Supply Chain Director, supporting them and the company by driving various projects aligned with business goals.
What you'll need to succeed
You will already have experience in a Supply Chain change or project delivery role, or have a track record of delivering change from a functional management position within Supply Chain (particularly within Planning (SIOP / S&OP), Optimising International Logistics networks, or similar functions). You will be proven in your ability to work with stakeholders and functional leads at all levels, ensuring they understand project schedules and the role they will play in achieving a successful outcome, providing updates and keeping progress on track, influencing as appropriate.
You will be familiar with advanced ERP systems (eg Oracle JDE / SAP / Dynamics 365 etc), and ideally have experience of MS Project, Gantt Charts, Smartsheet or similar, and enjoy translating the "big picture" into detailed steps that will enable success.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, and you will be well-organised, able to prioritise effectively even while juggling multiple projects and workstreams.What you'll get in return
