Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex engineering programmes? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading automotive engineering organisation at the forefront of innovation and advanced manufacturing.

Your new role

You will take ownership of end‑to‑end project delivery across a portfolio of automotive engineering programmes. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading full project lifecycle activities from concept through to production release
  • Managing project plans, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations
  • Coordinating engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with internal processes and industry standards
  • Reporting project status to senior leadership and supporting strategic decision‑making

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience managing engineering projects within the automotive or wider manufacturing sector
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, engineering change, and quality systems
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced, technically demanding environment
  • Project management qualifications (e.g., Prince2, APM) are advantageous but not essential
