This is a rare opportunity to lead high-impact projects within a well-established and forward-thinking business.
The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a dynamic programme team to lead the delivery of technical infrastructure projects, including office relocations, network upgrades, and data centre transitions. The role offers a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on delivery, working with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead medium to large-scale transformation projects from initiation to delivery.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and reporting programming leadership.
- Oversee third-party vendors and delivery partners.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Operate within structured PMO frameworks and governance.
- Report on interdependencies across a wider portfolio of change.
- Build strong relationships across technical and business teams.
About You
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management, ideally within Digital, IT, Data or Business Transformation.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including at Senior Manager level.
- Experience in utilities or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.
- Technical understanding of infrastructure, networks, and data centres.
Why Apply?
This is a high-profile role within a respected organisation that plays a critical role in Northern Ireland’s infrastructure. You’ll be part of a collaborative team driving meaningful change, with the autonomy to shape delivery and influence outcomes.
