About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the integration and deployment of S/4HANA across our FMCG operations. This is a high-impact role within a major transformation programme, delivering strategic initiatives using the Profectus Project Management Methodology. You’ll be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, driving project success, and ensuring seamless integration between core systems and market deployment teams.
Hybrid: Remote with 2 days a month in London
Rate: up to £750pd inside ir35 via umbrella
Duration: Initially till end of 2025
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business goals, scope, budget, and timelines.
- Manage project governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams.
- Facilitate collaboration between CIM, S/4HANA, and market deployment teams.
- Monitor progress against milestones, proactively resolving risks and issues.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation, leveraging emerging technologies.
- Ensure compliance with Profectus Stage Gates and Check Points.
- Foster strong relationships across matrixed teams and senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in S/4HANA project delivery
- Strong background in Salesforce TPM implementation, ideally within CG Cloud.
- FMCG industry experience, with an understanding of above-market operations.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to work in a matrix organisation and manage complex integrations.
- Internationally recognised Project/Programme Management qualifications (e.g. APM ChPP, PMI PMP, IPMA).
