Your new role

As the Programme Manager, you will play a key role in enabling strategic initiatives within the Molecule Enabling Project space. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement tools, processes, and solutions that support enterprise-wide transformation. Using a blend of project management methodologies, you’ll drive delivery, foster collaboration, and ensure the realisation of business value.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Leading the planning and execution of complex projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall approaches.
  • Facilitating team alignment, decision-making, and change leadership.
  • Engaging stakeholders across the business to ensure awareness, adoption, and impact.
  • Coaching teams through ambiguity and transformation with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.

What you'll get in return

  • Extensive experience in project and program management, ideally within pharmaceutical or regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to deliver IT and business solutions on time, within scope and budget.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across business, data, and technology domains.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • A collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with machine learning, data pipelines, and AI model evaluation is advantageous but not essential.
