A leading Japanese investment bank is looking for an experienced, all-rounded PMO Analyst within financial services to join their Enterprise Program Management (EPM) team and provide best practice across governance, reporting, planning and support services. The EPM team is currently overseeing 2 key programmes of work, focusing on systems' migration within their Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance areas.

• Start date - ASAP
• Location - London
• Hybrid - 3 days in the office
• Rate - £450-£500pd Inside IR35 via Umbrella
• Duration - 6 months initial

Duties & responsibilities:

• Deliver the PMO function for the specific project within the EPM Portfolio, delivering best practice across: governance, reporting, planning and support services.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the project.
• Update the RAID Log on follow up of the mitigating solutions with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain the communication strategy of the project, maintaining distribution lists and meeting attendee lists.

• Knowledge of Jira, Monday.com and Confluence systems
• Experience working as a PMO Analyst within financial services, particularly within KYC/CLM teams.
• Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
