Project Coordinator- Hybrid- Full-time- 19weeks- Telecoms
About the role
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Fibre Upgrade Programme Manager to ensure the homes passed requirements for the MDU programme are delivered. Working with regional build partners to ensure the project delivery plan is maintained, supported and any risks are raised with concerns escalated.

Shifts:
Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)

The must-haves:
- Project management experience.
- Experience and knowledge of working with local authorities, homeowners etc.
- Excellent IT skills e.g. Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident attitude.
- Telecoms experience
- Organisational skills.
- MDU Experience
Other stuff we’re potentially looking for:
- Assisting in the creation/submission of all relevant documentation to the local authority ensures the project runs seamlessly.
- Processing weekly reports to support delivery and field managers to ensure the delivery is on track.
- Run weekly reports to ensure jobs are permitted as per the contractor's schedule.
- Raise partner purchase orders as required and work with the team to actively reduce costs.
- Supporting programme manager with reporting to senior stakeholders for data analysis and collation of validation projects.

- A daily rate, in-scope IR35, of £232.00 PAYE or £260.00 Umbrella.
- This role provides hybrid working access from the comforts of your own home and only going to our state-of-the-art office in Wythenshawe- Concord House, two days a week in the office.
