£800 a day (Inside IR35)
North West
Hybrid (2 days onsite)
Currently looking for a Programme Manager with experience of website redesign in an Agile setting. The following skills and experience are required for this role: -
- Experience of managing Programmes in relation to website redesign
- Experience of managing programmes in an Agile setting
- Experience of introducing agile principles into an organisation – with the knowledge to take people on the journey with a people centric approach
- Experience in running complex digital, customer experience transformation programmes in large organisations
- We are looking for a candidate with good levels of understanding in the power of AI and Data in transforming the way we embed digital into our ways of working
- We would like the candidate to have high levels of emotional intelligence, adept in collaboration and stakeholder engagement and taking leaders on the journey
- We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership engagement skills, experience in managing high profile programmes reporting into senior leadership
- Working with external partners to improve information architecture, user journeys, look and feel, searchability and accessibility
- Ability to review the range of websites in our wider ecosystem with a view to rationalising them into a more singular, unified website
- Ability to review operating models and resources and developing new governance.
