We are recruiting for a motivated and driven Business Change Project Manager to join our team to support on PFI project hand backs and work across the PFI Education portfolio.
You will be an expert in CDM and managing the full life cycle of construction projects and resources.

Role Overview:
You will work alongside the Senior Project Manager in the end-to-end management of the project, working to meet project requirements within a timely manner and in budget. You will also work in collaboration with Project Sponsors to discuss KPIs and project roadmaps in an effective way to maintain stakeholder relationships.
You will also:
- Accurately work on risk and root cause analysis
- Manage multiple projects, including change and transition efficiently
- Communicate project updates to internal and external teams and stakeholders
- Support on escalation points and solve in a timely manner
Candidate profile:
- Ideally, you will be an experienced Project Manager working within a PFI environment, ideally Education.
- Additionally, you will have knowledge of CDM Regulations and experience working in a Construction Project Management role.
- Experienced in Business change / Business transformation
- Managing project lifecycles and quality assurance experience is key for this role, so you need to have experience in this. The ability to work within a complex matrix model would be an advantage due to the nature of the contract.
- Ideally, you will have experience working in the Public Sector.
