Your new role

A highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support cross-functional projects within Generics Pharma. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth progression of regulatory, supply chain and commercial activities. The successful candidate will be a fluent Spanish speaker, enabling effective communication with regulatory partners, suppliers and internal stakeholders in Spain.

What you'll need to succeed

- Fluent in Spanish & English (written and verbal)

- Experience in pharmaceuticals, generics or a regulated industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
