Your new role
A Project Coordinator/Estimator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality fit-out projects. Working closely with senior project QS and project managers, you’ll be responsible for estimating new enquiries, coordinating material orders, and maintaining project documentation. Your day-to-day will include:

• Preparing material take-offs from drawings

• Producing estimates using internal costing methods

• Liaising with suppliers and arranging meetings

• Ordering materials for partitions, ceilings, and flooring

• Updating project documents and health & safety information

• Managing enquiries and creating job folders

• Handling calls and general office administration
  
  What you'll need to succeed

• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Knowledge of internal fit-outs and associated materials (Ideal)

• Ability to use AutoCAD or similar software (preferred but not essential)

• Highly organised with attention to detail
