HR Operations Analyst (process mapping) needed for an entertainment company in London

Your new company
You will be working for a large entertainment company in Central London.

This role will operate on a hybrid working model with the expectation to be in their London offices 3 days per week with the remaining 2 days as WFH.

Your new role
You will be working as a Temporary HR Operations Analyst (process mapping) for an initial 6 month period however there is potential for this role to extend.

We are seeking a results-driven Operations Analyst to conduct analysis and provide recommendations for a project lasting an expected 6 months. This requirement sits at the heart of our HR Transformation programme, focused on enhancing the efficiency, value and service delivery of the HR Operations team across global locations.

Some duties will include:
  • Provide analysis and independent recommendations to HR leadership which optimises end-to-end HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding, talent mobility, offboarding, payroll)
  • Observe and liaise with the HR Operations team to identify pain points, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Map current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) processes using tools such as Lucidchart
  • Evaluate how technology (including HR systems and tools) can better support streamlined operations and user experience
  • Understand and build into recommendations any barriers to enacting upon process improvement or optimisation recommendations
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders globally, balancing global standards with local legal and compliance needs
  • Support the design and implementation of standard operating procedures, playbooks and process documentation
  • Monitor progress against project milestones and ensure alignment with governance and change management protocols
  • Gather feedback from HR teams and users to inform continuous improvement
  • Support training and change management initiatives to embed new ways of working


What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a process or operations analyst role ideally within HR.

You will have previous experience in a complex, matrixed type company, ideally in a regulated market.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a daily rate of between £300 - £350 per day which is outside scope of IR35.
