Your new role
You’ll be at the forefront of a high-profile transformation programme, working closely with senior management and programme leadership. This role demands both strategic oversight and operational involvement—leading workstreams, managing governance, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication. You’ll shape the programme’s direction while also rolling up your sleeves to support with key administrative tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in programme or workstream management within an FCA-regulated environment.
- The ability to command respect and influence at senior levels.
- Strong governance and control capabilities, including RAID log management and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proactive and transparent approach.
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, including meeting facilitation, documentation, and coordination.
