Clearing Programme Manager – Initial 6-month contract
You will be working with a range of platforms, increasing demand and complexity. You’ll oversee a team of four Project Managers, ensure BAU services stay stable, and drive forward process improvement, organisational change and efficiency across an evolving tech landscape.
Hybrid working: 3 days a week in a London-based office
Rate: up to £800pd inside ir35 via umbrella
Duration: initial 6 months
What you’ll be doing
- Managing BAU platform stability, patching, and ongoing service improvements
- Leading cloud enablement activity and continuous enhancement of the platform
- Delivering organisational change, process improvements, and better ways of working
- Overseeing multiple workstreams and programmes of work simultaneously
- Coaching and supporting PMs, creating structure, and helping the team meet growing demand
- Collaborating across technology, operations, business and vendor teams
- Taking stakeholders through the journey, improving efficiency and driving adoption
- Supporting a large‑scale IT transformation programme
- Travelling to Paris a few times throughout the year
What we’re looking for
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Highly organised, able to bring structure to complex environments
- Proven experience in FS (essential)
- Background delivering technology and agile-driven projects
- Experience across BAU, continuous improvement and platform stability
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to improve processes, increase efficiency and embed change
- Budget management across multi‑million‑pound portfolios
- Adaptable, collaborative, able to make the role your own
