Your new role:
A Project Delivery Manager is required to join the team to lead a small team of Transcribers/ Project Managers. The Project Delivery Manager will work closely with the Director of Delivery to assist with the execution of strategic initiatives. They will lead and oversee the implementation of critical projects, ensuring timely and successful completion. The Project Delivery Manager will analyse performance data and recommend improvements for ongoing optimisation. They will also provide support for the execution team as required, including hosting meetings and managing schedules tec
The Project Delivery Manager will drive cross collaboration and coordination to achieve project milestones, they will create career paths/ coaching for employees and will propose technology and operational process improvements. They will also be required to identify areas of improvement across the team within the UK Offices and make actionable recommendations. The Project Delivery Manager will eventually step into a managerial position and lead the team.
What you'll need to succeed:
* Must currently be a Programme Manager/ Project Delivery Manager/ IT Project Manager
* Strategic stakeholder

* Entrepreneurial

* Ability to discuss
large-scale projects and provide solutions where necessary
* Ability to interact
with multiple departments like Finance, HR, etc.
