This is a 4.5-day working week contract, offering a great balance between professional commitment and personal flexibility.
As Scrum Master, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving delivery across Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, managing ceremonies, and removing blockers to ensure smooth and efficient progress. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, using JIRA to plan, track, and report on delivery milestones.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, ideally within Financial Services or consultancy settings.
- Strong delivery focus, with a track record of managing sprints and driving outcomes.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to remove impediments and foster team collaboration.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA for sprint planning, backlog management, and reporting.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites occasionally, while primarily working remotely.
