A global FMCG company with it's roots in Scotland. This organisation are a household name with a range of products, and are a leader within their industry. Currently looking to undertake the largest IT transformation in their history; they require a Global Programme Manager with a proven track record of HCM delivery to join at an exciting time to spearhead the delivery.

Your new role

As a Global Programme manager, you will be responsible for the end to end implementation of a new HCM system. This role will involve the delivery of a brand-new HCM from Greenfield stage, from vendor/systems integrator selection through to final go live.

You will be a key figure within the business as they undertake this phase of a wider IT transformation, aiming to leverage technology to become the digital leader within the industry.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have experience of the following:

• Proven track record of multiple global deliveries of HCM system, from Greenfield to go-live.
• Expert level knowledge of key modules within systems such as Oracle or Workday
• Comes from an HR background or having worked very closely with HR through implementations.
• It is essential to understand the challenges faced by HR and the possible issues that may arise when implementing a new HR system.
• Confident as a business leader and able to give strong examples of instances of stakeholder engagement including negotiation, influencing and persuasion as a means to illicit buy in.
• Engaged and professional demeanour.

• Day rate up to £1200 Per day (Inside IR35)
• 6 Month initial contract (2 year programme of work)
• Hybrid working (2/3 days on-site in Glasgow)
