The Programme Management Centre of Excellence is at the heart of enterprise transformation, overseeing delivery of complex projects that directly influence consumer behaviour, satisfaction and readiness. Right now, we’re seeking a Programme Manager with deep consumer insight to lead programmes that bring strategic clarity and operational excellence to how telecoms customers experience innovation and service at scale.
Your new role
In this high-impact role, you will lead the global rollout of a cloud-based number solution across 80 countries (50-60 suppliers). You will be responsible for defining the go-to-market strategy, shaping the commercial proposition and working closely with internal product teams and external carrier partners to ensure successful delivery. This is not a procurement role it is a strategic, commercially focused position that requires a deep understanding of cloud communications and the ability to package and launch a globally scalable offering. Your work will directly influence how businesses establish local presence, scale communications and unlock new market opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you will need extensive experience in cloud communications, virtual numbers or international carrier services. You should have a strong track record in commercial strategy, product development and go-to-market execution. A deep understanding of global telecom regulations and market dynamics is essential, along with the ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels. You will be a confident communicator, capable of influencing stakeholders and driving complex initiatives across multiple regions.
