ERP Programme Manager - Legal Sector - Large Scale Transformation - London, Hybrid
Your new role
As Programme Manager, you will take ownership of a large-scale, multi-year, multi-million-pound ERP transformation programme spanning EMEA and APAC. Operating at both strategic and delivery levels, you’ll work closely with C‑Suite sponsors and senior business leaders while also engaging deeply with programme and project teams to ensure successful execution.
This is a highly visible role requiring confidence, resilience, and the ability to cut through complexity. You’ll be expected to roll your sleeves up when needed—unblocking issues, navigating organisational pain points, and maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams - without falling into micromanagement.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-wide ERP or large-scale business transformation programmes in a professional services environment.
- Strong ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders, including C‑Suite and executive sponsors.
- Hands-on delivery mindset – comfortable operating in ambiguity and turning strategy into actionable outcomes.
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, vendors, and transformation teams across regions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to balance strategic oversight and practical problem-solving.
- Strong programme governance, financial control, and risk management capability.
