About the Role:
You will play a key role in supporting the Programme Manager in delivering the Directorate Improvement and Recovery Board programme. This includes maintaining up-to-date programme documentation, coordinating reporting to the Corporate PMO, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate and current programme documentation
- Prepare and support reporting processes to the Corporate PMO.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather updates and ensure timely delivery of programme milestones.
- Work across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Essential Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Planner, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams (including virtual whiteboards).
- Experience in programme or project support within a public sector or complex organisational setting is highly desirable.
