Your New Role
You will be responsible for managing programme progress, analysing data, and producing accurate, insightful reports to support decision-making. The role is desk-based and highly administrative, requiring strong organisational and analytical skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate, live programme data and ensuring compliance with governance standards.
- Producing clear, visually engaging reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and highlighting bottlenecks.
- Supporting forecasting, resource planning, and performance tracking.
- Acting as the central point of contact between operational teams, commercial teams, and stakeholders.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in programme coordination, project controls, or data reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI or Smartsheet is desirable.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear, meaningful way.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in construction, facilities management, housing, or infrastructure sectors is advantageous.
