A leading organisation delivering essential services across the UK is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Programme Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of critical projects within a fast-paced environment.

Your New Role
You will be responsible for managing programme progress, analysing data, and producing accurate, insightful reports to support decision-making. The role is desk-based and highly administrative, requiring strong organisational and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining accurate, live programme data and ensuring compliance with governance standards.
  • Producing clear, visually engaging reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and highlighting bottlenecks.
  • Supporting forecasting, resource planning, and performance tracking.
  • Acting as the central point of contact between operational teams, commercial teams, and stakeholders.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Proven experience in programme coordination, project controls, or data reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI or Smartsheet is desirable.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear, meaningful way.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in construction, facilities management, housing, or infrastructure sectors is advantageous.
